Bills for initial or "One Time" cleanings will be billed within three business days of the cleaning with the payments due within 10 business days. Bills for all other cleanings will be mailed at the end of each month with the payment due the 30th of the next month. Payments will be accepted by check or money order only. Service will be discontinued if payment is not received in a timely manner.

INITIAL or ONE TIME CLEANING:
For those yards which have not been cleaned on a regular basis, resulting in an accumulation of waste material, we can come out to your yard and give a free quote with no obligation. The minimum initial clean up charge is $55, and can go up depending on the size of the yard, how many dogs, and when it was last cleaned. This service is available only one time per client each year. Additional cleans will be charged at the regular weekly rate or according to the clients chosen schedule of cleanings*.

Due to scheduling and being able to ensure excellent service to you and your pets, this service at this time is limited to the following cities and towns in New Hampshire, Salem, Windham, London Derry, Derry, Atkinson, and Plaistow. In Massachusetts the following cities and towns are Haverhill, Methuen, Andover, North Andover, Merrimac, Amesbury, Salisbury, West Newbury, Newburyport and Lawrence. We hope in time to expand this list for this service. Additional dogs will be charged at a rate of $8.00 per dog.
